North Belt Exchange is a planned 57,150-square-foot industrial development on approximately 4.53 acres at 1650 N Sam Houston Parkway East in Houston, Texas. Available for pre-leasing, the project has finalized plans that include 4,300 square feet of office space and 28-foot clear height. The facility will be constructed and leased according to those plans, rather than offered as a tenant-designed build-to-suit concept.
